Our journey began in 2016, fresh out of college, with a handful of bottle calves. Since then, we've grown our farm and our vision—providing high-quality freezer beef directly to customers who care about where their food comes from.
Our cattle are grain-finished to ensure rich marbling and full flavor, raised with a strong focus on animal comfort and ethical care. We believe great beef starts with great stewardship, and that trust is earned with transparency and consistency.
